This team is made of students who have ideas on how to reduce bullying within school and how to educate our school community. They have the confidence to stand up to bullying and raise concerns made from their peers. If you want to join the team contact Mrs Barton. If you have any concerns around bullying please use this email antibullying@justin-schumm.com.
Being an Anti-Bullying Ambassador is a great opportunity to help make a positive impact on pupil wellbeing.
During antibullying week there was a house competition for pupils to design an anti-bullying logo. Here is the winning design by Prajin in year 9.
Herschel Grammar School is a friendly and positive environment. Our behaviour policy is underpinned by respect. This needs to be maintained by everyone within the school community. If bullying does occur, all students should feel able to report it with confidence that incidents will be dealt with promptly and effectively.
Bullying is a persistent, deliberate attempt to hurt or humiliate someone. Bullying results in pain and distress to the victim.
If you feel you - or someone else you know - are being bullied then please tell us so that we can do something about it.
